Weather in Baja
Baja has some of the best weather in the world! Baja California benefits by being just far North enough to avoid the high heat and humidity of those countries that are located closer to the Tropic of Cancer. The preferred seasons for driving the Baja peninsula are autumn and spring. Autumn, though, can also be hurricane season (Chibasco), so it's a good idea to check the weather before you head out. Winter can bring ideal weather to Baja California Sur and the Cape area, while the Pacific coastal regions of northern Baja can bring welcome relief from the summer heat of other parts of the peninsula. Baja has everything from barren deserts to snow-capped peaks, most of the country offers a more moderate climate, hence the slogan for Mexico "Come Feel the Warmth of Mexico"!
